Handling and maintenance

Many people might think that the handling of lacquerware is difficult, might have hesitate to use in everyday life.
However, It is not so difficult.

How to use

  • It is not even a problem with the cooking of vinegar and oil products.
    Lacquer is strong to such asacidic, alkaline, oil.
  • No problem if you add hot water to the new lacquerware.
    It is better not put a high temperature of the hot water was just boiling lacquerware you embezzled.
  • Microwave and oven should not be used.

How to washing

  • Use a sponge to wash gently with water or lukewarm water. No problem even with a neutral detergent.
    It is better not to use the scrub brush and polish.
  • Lacquerware performed decoration had better washed especially gently.
  • When you have finished washing, it is advisable to wipe the moisture as soon as possible.
    However, lacquerware of ground material is no problem even in natural drying.
  • Sashimono is not a long time kept immersed in water.
  • Dishwasher and dryer should not be used in absolute.

How to store

  • Because lacquerware is weak in the ultraviolet, do not address to the direct sunlight.
  • Do not place in the vicinity of heating appliances.
  • Since refrigerator is dry, do not leave it on for a long time.
